Inland Rail, a-once-in-a-generation rail infrastructure project, is the backbone of a modern network for a modern nation. 

As a Civil Construction Cadet, you will pioneer a large-scale tunnel construction project through the rocky terrain of regional Toowoomba. Your role will be to continually assess and refine the project plan in order to deliver a safe and functional outcome, keeping in. mind how different skills are needed at different stages of the project.

Your tasks will include:

  • Delivering a surveying and geotechnical analysis report
  • Managing the excavation process to comply with safety, time, and cost restraints 
  • Pitching an original project to industry experts

Interest in engineering, infrastructure development, construction, geology, surveying technology, or transportation a plus!
