When it comes to problem solving you won’t always pick the right solution.

Maybe there wasn’t enough time to compare possible solutions, or something you couldn’t predict (hello global pandemic) shifted the landscape entirely.

Having the right mindset when facing new challenges means being open minded, ready to listen to others, and appreciating the lessons that failure brings (your own, or the failings of others).

In this topic we’re going to touch on empathy when problem solving and something called survivorship bias.
