Perhaps the leading voice on self-awareness in the workplace is organisational psychologist Dr Tasha Eurich. The TED talk below is a fascinating introduction to her research and will give you practical tips for improving workplace self-awareness.

Dr Eurich’s core piece of advice involves changing ‘why’ questions to ‘what’. As she puts it, “why-questions trap us in the rear-view mirror. What-questions move us forward to our future.”
