Andrew Doe is the Geotechnical Project Manager for the Inland Rail Program at the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC). He manages the strategy and planning of geotechnical investigations, evaluates geotechnical risk, and provides input to risk controls across the program. Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in geotechnical design, asset evaluation and geotechnical risk assessment for major infrastructure projects in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
